Team, pairs and individual CrossFit competitions at San Diego gyms, run by Coach Daimino Stewart. Every 2027 date is posted by January 1.

San Diego CrossFit competitions in 2027

LP Compete runs CrossFit competitions across San Diego through the 2027 season. The Fortius Summer Games in September and Liftoff in October are full-day competitions at CrossFit Fortius. The LP Box Crawl brings smaller one-day competitions to partner CrossFit gyms around San Diego County.

Most local throwdowns are only listed inside a registration platform. LP posts every date, division and registration link on one page, so you can plan your competition season in one place.

Divisions at every LP CrossFit competition

Every LP event runs three divisions: Teams of 3, Mixed Pairs and Individual. Each division runs at three levels: Advanced, RX and Intermediate. The options never change from one event to the next, so you can register for the whole season in the same division.

There is no Masters division. Masters athletes compete in the open divisions at the level that fits them.

Your first CrossFit competition

Choose Intermediate if you scale loads or gymnastics in class. You will see workouts and movement standards before the event, and every lane has a judge who explains the standard before your heat. The Box Crawl is a good first event: one day, a local gym, and the event T-shirt is your entry.
