About Liftoff
Liftoff is LP's annual October competition in San Diego. It closes the season with a full day of team, pairs and individual workouts, every lane judged, and awards on the floor at the end of the day.
Format
- One-day competition every October.
- Workouts are released before the event and test strength, gymnastics and conditioning.
- Teams of 3, Mixed Pairs and Individual, each at Advanced, RX and Intermediate.
- Awards at the end of the day, with next season's dates announced on the floor.
Registration opens January 1, 2027

When is Liftoff?
Liftoff runs every October. The 2027 date is posted by January 1, 2027.
What level should I enter?

Is there a returning athlete discount?
Yes. Athletes from any LP event get a 15% code for the next one.
