How Linear Progression works

Most athletes chase one number and let the rest slide. Linear Progression trains strength, barbell conditioning and metabolic conditioning together, so every number moves through the year.

Each week has a theme and a measurable target. Programming is written fresh every week and released in four-week blocks. Every session comes with scaling, so a gym runs one plan across every level of member.

Training and competing feed each other. The programs build toward LP events, and every LP event shows you what to train next.
